Getting started with sol2flow
sol2flow is a web app for planning and tracking work. Tasks sit on boards as cards in lists, and the same board can be shown as a calendar or a timeline. A task holds its description, checklist, dates, estimate, comments and files. Start the timer on a task while you work on it, and timesheets add up the hours by week, month or year.
It fits small and mid-size teams, and agencies and freelancers who bill for their time. The app is in English, German, French and Spanish, and it works on phones.
Start in the cloud
We run the cloud version for you, including updates, backups and email.
- Create an account. Choose Get started at the top of this site and enter your name, a username, your email and a password.
- Say who it's for. Under Who is this for?, pick Just me, or pick My company and type the company's name.
- Create a workspace. Name it after your team or a client. You become its admin.
- Create a board and add a few lists. Invite people from Members, or share a single board with Share.
If your work is in Trello or Kan today, import those boards instead of starting from an empty one.
Next, the user guide explains workspaces, boards and tasks.
Or run it yourself
sol2flow runs as one Docker container plus PostgreSQL, and self-hosting it is free.
- Quick start with Docker Compose: a test instance on your own machine in a few minutes.
- Installation: the full setup for a production server.
- Cloud or self-hosted: what differs between the two.
